Reflective Sessions

Initial Reflective Session · 90 minutes · CAD $350

Ongoing Reflective Sessions · 75 minutes · CAD $300

I intentionally book a limited number of sessions each month so that each person receives the time, attention, and continuity this work deserves.

Preparing For Your Reflective Session

Before you book a session, I invite you to contemplate, write about and bring the following questions to session. Only book after your contemplation. In session, we'll dive right in and look at the truths in your life, the areas you may be avoiding and the responsibility you hold. Our goal: increase your capacity to steward well.

Each session is held in the form of a psychotherapy session, bound by the regulations of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
